I am reporting that my house got spray painted with graffiti on the wall that adjoins Templar Alley. I discovered it today but my neighbor says its been up for a few days. I painted over it with mismatching paint so nothing really needs to be done except to be aware of it. Does the city's program paint over graffiti like this that's on private property?
