Nope, there is no tag from the companies spray painted, it is for parking spaces

Do you see the yellow and blue spray paint? Those are marks from utility companies....they do not always use flags

There was no flags or yellow/blue spray paint. They are parking spaces being created. And the companies spray paint cbd, which there isn’t

Well they are there for the alleyway not for the additional parking spaces that they want to add in which was the issue, they want to add in spaces on the front lawn which is against nb ordinance
