Im sure you will hear of this, but traffic is being backed up crazy up and down highland ave right now. The traffic light on highland ave / barnes rd goes green for about 15 seconds and then instantly turns red for a whole minute for the highland ave traffic. About 5 cars make it through the light and then all traffic stops. As someone that comes this way every single day this is not right and something is wrong with this light. I saw double lanes of traffic backed up from this light all the way to Lynns bridge , at a time when there should have been no traffic. Can’t imagine what this will look like at rush hour, this needs to be a fast fix.
