Description

Cars blow through the stop sign at Hearst and Lincoln. Cars speed on Lincoln. The speed limit sign in from of 3832 Lincoln Ave is covered by a tree. Maybe no one knows that the speed limit is 25, even after the school zone on Lincoln?
