My original request number 6593825 was marked "closed". Attached is a picture of "completed" work.
The drain used to be a foot wide and a foot deep, allowing water to flow into storm drain, away from houses. Now, the wooden barrier that was holding the dirt had rotten and collapsed, completely filling drain with mud. This allows rain water to flow into backyards and flood ground level floors in several houses.
Please assign someone to rebuild the drain (build a concrete one, perhaps, as it was done on neighboring streets) before the rain season starts.
