A. FOR 10 DAYS the traffic is being very heavy on BW8 frontage road at the intersection of 249 SH feeder. it lasts only 30 seconds for green and 130 seconds for red and backing up the traffic until North Houston Bammel Road after 4PMs. There is congestion in the morning as well.
