This house has been vacant for 12 years and has people coming and going at odd times. The vacant house and the overgrowth of the trees in between it and 434 resulted in a break-in at 434 and stolen property. If the property had been torn down when it was marked as uninhabitable the break in would most likely not have happened. The entry point would have been seen by any passerby. This house needs to go. And for that matter the buildings next to it all the way down to Central ave are uninhabitable and should be torn down too. It would be better to have empty lots than to have properties people can attempt to illegally get into.
