Description

Near a large pothole at the intersection of Fifth and Packard, there are some hazardous crevices between pavement segments on southbound Fifth in the ~50 yards which lead up to Packard. Namely, 1-2" wide openings in the pavement in the left-turn bicycle lane. These are quite hazardous to bicycle riders, as one's wheel can get caught in the crevices, potentially sending a rider down. Could these be patched up?
