Please reopen this and hand off to the appropriate department. Houston Parking department keeps closing these with the statement that they don't handle anything on Buffalo Bayou. And I will add that this has nothing to do with parking. The gasoline powered golf carts are driving on a path that is designated for 'no motor vehicles'. I would think that this is a police or park police matter to enforce. I have seen (not recently) Houston City Police on bicycles patrolling this path in the past. I don't see these golf carts when the police are patrolling. Thank you for your help on this matter.

too often they are taking up space needed for the designated public. Additionally why golf carts? segways, feet, bicycles? are all more appropriate.
