Description

The tree in front of my house was taken down after a car hit it. After the accident, the sidewalk started to buckle, and it has been patched w/ coolpack, but was not packed down. 2 issues: 1 people coming onto my porch track tar all over my freshly painted porch, and 2, the stump should be removed and the sidewalk appropriately fixed.

someone put a white 'X' on the stump... does that mean something will be done this summer?

Stump has been taken away, but the sidewalk is getting worse. There is about 10-12 ft of sidwalk that should be replaced. Please, see comments about my father falling several times.
