Still Not Fixed or Addressed, however a tree was taken down down the street a few weeks ago, and the stump has already been ground down.

I have been waiting more than a year, but the house down the street is all set in 2 weeks! What's up with that??

With stump removal, it's all in WHO you know and WHO you are! I saw that a few years ago with a house on Townsend Ave. and Hall St.

I called Arlene DePino, but that is the best I can do. My 73 y/o, handicapped Father tripped over it AGAIN this weekend. This time landing himself in the grass ON TOP of the stump that caused this mess! I am really sick of this, and am going to write the Mayor soon!

Maybe the threat of a lawsuit will put a fire under their a$$e$! It's their tree that caused the sidewalk to buckle in the first place.

How sad when people with the power to fix things just can't do what's right and take care of this problem ASAP. It's not like you're complaining about some minor issue. Things keep getting worse and worse in this country from the government level to the local level!

Don't give up. Be a THORN in their side until they act.

ANY news about the dangerous tree stump? Just wondering.

My dad is handicapped and trips over this thing every time he comes to the house. He will no longer come, because he has fallen twice. What do I need to do to get this fixed? Should I start sending his medical bills to the city? Or do I need to sell this house? This has been on your "to do" list for 2 YEARS!!

MAYBE it's time to contact a LAWYER before your father kills himself! This is absolutely ridiculous! The city has money for what THEY want to do, but NOT for what the TAXPAYERS want them to do! Example- after this latest storm, they had a crew working 7 days a week down at East Shore Park cutting down all kinds of trees ADJACENT to the swings. WHY? The trees were not endangering the kids' play area OR ANY wires! I have NO clue WHY they were chopping like crazy OR WHY they had to work 7 days a week?

TIME FOR A CHANGE IN CITY HALL! GO VOTE IN THE PRIMARY TODAY!

I will let you all know how many skinned knees and crying children I have for Halloween - Stay Tuned! I spend $150 on candy for halloween and have 20 people on the porch for a party. Yet another year with either my dad or my aunt tripping and falling, I am sure. I will print out cards for the City Attorney!
