Description

At the intersection of Broadway and 8th St, the Crosswalk Signal is broken. When you cross the street down broadway (across 8th) heading from the Starbucks towards the new apartment building at 777 Broadway, when it's time to cross, the light stays orange and does not turn white. When the countdown begins, the light starts to work again. This is only broken in one direction (heading towards 7th st). Thanks for your attention.
