I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to you for providing training for our clients. You are personable and this puts the clients at ease. Many of our clients have lost their driver’s license. HART is critical for them to get to their job and back. Your professionalism has provided a good example for the clients. You have assisted me in expressing how important it is to be punctual.
The clients are often visual learners. The tools you use to show them how to complete a task helps them to retain the information. The fact you speak Spanish has added a level of trust and comfort to many of our Spanish speaking customers.
