Please report issues taking place on the street to the Police Department for investigation. Code Enforcement doesn’t have any jurisdiction on the street. CE will forward this complaint however, you are encouraged to report it to 678-297-6300.

Thanks, I’ve noted this for the future. However, if Code Enforcement saw this, I would suspect they would have passed it onto APD rather than driving by, correct?

The Police Department will determine if it is a parking violation. Code Enforcement doesn't have jurisdiction therefore either a Traffic Officer or Patrol Officer will need to make the determination and take action if necessary. We have forwarded the issue to them. For follow up you will need to contact the Police Department directly as they don't monitor this site.
