Description
Traffic filled the whole block of Wheeler between Main and Fannin this morning. A big line of cars waited in the right lane of Fannin to turn right onto Wheeler. It took me 10+ minutes to turn right from Fannin and cross Main. Most morning this takes 2 minutes or less. A similar thing happens at this intersection every couple weeks.
