Description
Re: 1840 21st Ave. N. & 2031 19th St. N. Adjacent properties on 21st ave. N. at 19th Street. Continued over filling of trash container. Large piles of brush never removed (i.e. this property is about 1/2 mile from our free city brush site.) This continued trash issue indicates disrepect to other neighbors. It is time for the City to issue a citation. This has been going on for a long time. Thanks in advance.
