The intersection here indicated a 4-Way stop, but there is a row of bushes blocking one part of the intersection from the view of oncoming traffic. As a result it is often impossible for these cars to make a turn, without appearing as though they have violated anothers right of way. However, as the car is often unseen, drivers heading north from either Ward St. Extension or Elm Street will ignore basic right of way protocol. The intersection has been this way for as long as I can remember, and I have seen several small accidents here. Maybe a light is required?
