Description

The traffic light at the intersection of Church Road and Lancaster Ave in Frazer PA is malfunctioning.
It is turning red for Lancaster Ave every 12 seconds even though there is NO traffic on Church Road. This happens all of the time even at 05:15AM ( With No traffic at all on Church Road). Hazardous due to people on Lancaster Ave stopping quickly,, Or trying to beat the light.
