  Thank you for your patience. The Engineering Division reviewed the damage to the wall. The Highway Division will also look at the damage, and report back to Engineering in regards to what the repair entails. The structural integrity does not appear compromised; and per record plans this wall may be located on private property. (the end of the concrete sidewalk is roughly where the property line is) Also, damage due to car accidents should be have been resolved through the vehicle accident process and related insurance.
