Description

The gutter at Park and S 3rd above the Post Office and by the old Hot Dog Depot is completely clogged with mud. It is one of the reasons for the flooding on Park Avenue. It will take a high pressure hose to get it clean but it really will help!! Also there is a break in the WPA Canal straight up Park avenue on the base of Goat Hill, behind Dr Langstons old house (pink house) This is another cause of the severe Park Avenue flooding.
