I'd like to thank everyone involved for doing such an incredible job and for such a fast response. Within an hour of my issue submittal, crews were already working on the tree, and it was handled within about 40 minutes. Really impressed and grateful not only for the Tree Department team and their hard work, but also for the city's excellent use of the see click fix system.
