location is on Curlew Road going east between Lakeshore Drive and Northridge Road in Clearwater, inside lane.

On investigation the reported issue on Curlew Rd is the responsibility of FDOT is not within our jurisdiction. Pinellas County Public Works Department has cancelled Service Request #66925. CS worker was out of the office until today. Field staff will investigate issue for resolution.

On 10/31/19 the old patch was removed and uneven roadway was overlaid. Issues has been resolved.
