1/13 - Met property manager, maintenance and tenant. The tenant has lived in property since 2011 in the single family home. The property manager explained that the lease agreement puts pest control on the tenant. The company maintains a contract with a licensed pest control company, however, the bill would have to be paid by the tenant. The tenant refused service. The tenant placed their own bait boxes and glue traps. They have not been seeing as many mice as before but currently is low on finds so cannot buy more traps until money is received. There were rodent droppings in the kitchen cabinets and in other areas of the kitchen and living room. Discussed pest control options, cleaning and food storage. The property manager agreed to purchase glue traps for tenant so they can do their own pest control. Needs follow up inspection. /// GED
