Description

As car heading west on Myrtle Street turns right on to Central Avenue (37000 block) and makes that a tight turn due to traffic on Central, the car can go off the side of Central into a rut. Central asphalt and the adjacent shoulder are degraded - need street repair and shoulder fill.
