Thank you for reporting your concern to The Landings Association Public Works Department. We contacted Brightview to better maintain the center island. Our goal is to have native vegetation that compliments the existing common property vegetation without manicuring excessively. The center island does not have irrigation and in order to establish new plant growth, irrigation would be required. If you feel this issue has not been completed to your satisfaction, please notify us at (912) 598-5509.

Well then perhaps pull the pitiful society garlic out and put in what you've been putting in the medium island along landings way (which also doesn't have irrigation). A little pine straw or mulch would help as well and raking.
