this has only worsened

Really unfortunate that I've had to stare at this the past few days every time I look out my front window. I attempted to go out and pick it up today but I thought I saw some needles and decided against it.

I would recommend that each person that notices this should make their own ticket/complaint here so that the gravity of the issue is understood. (And since it’s not exactly a litter issue)

I added a graffiti ticket yesterday for the tags on the mechanical box and light post and noted the trash. It’s not being shown publicly for some reason. It wouldn’t let me create a dup for the litter.
