Can Russell Terrace please have the cracks in the road repaired before winter. This road was done over a short time ago by the Rivoli Company who did a lousy job and the road is cracking everywhere. The residents here do a great job taking care of their property including mowing the grass in the culdesac and it would be nice if we could keep the street neat as well. Thank You for assistance in this matter.
