Description

Groucho's Deli has placed an advertising sign on the corner of Horne and Hillsborough St right near the curb. If you are driving on Horne and trying to turn right onto Hillsborough, you cannot see oncoming traffic from the east/left at all. The sign should not be placed so close to the road.
