Thanks for reporting this issue. When the report came in last night, the on-call crew went out to look for the source of the water. As it was dark at the time, they weren't able to find the area. We are in the field looking for the area and water you reported.

Still investigating this issue. There doesn't appear to be a leak in our distribution system, but we did notice seepage.

Crew found it to be standing water.

The leak is west of the new armory and there is a nice pond from which a steady stream of water is trickling down in to the culvert and under I-40 to the Perky. A water crew spend hours hanging out around Panz Alegra. Unfortunately the picture that uploaded was of the water going downs the perky and not the shots by the new armory. As mentioned previously in the same area a break had been worked on about a year ago.
