It appears the more "diverse" this neighborhood becomes the more trash and lack of lawn maintenance is occurring. No one wants to have generalizations about them yet they move in and don't maintain their properties. Cut your grass, pick up trash, stop walking down the middle of the street (use sidewalks), stop at stop signs and for cripes sake pull up your pants.
