Description

There is a dead tree in front of my house in 354 Norfolk St. My name is Maria Spera. The tree in question (see picture) has been dead for about two years, no leaves at all. Branches are starting to drop on windy days. I am concerned of it falling eventually and damaging cars or my house. Please review and remove if best course of action to prevent loss.
