Dear Watertown Resident:

Please be advised that the City of Watertown is in the process of updating its work order system through See Click Fix. The implementation of this new system will be taking place over the next couple of months. In order to do so, the City will be closing out all open tickets in the system. If you believe your ticket has not been formally resolved, please take a minute to enter your concern again as a new ticket. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but certainly appreciate your assistance in the matter.
