This is another nuisance complaint. The signs are on private property and the Smith and Holland signs were given permission by Kevin Bryant (the Hotel developer).
I agree that this is a non-issue. There is a SIDEWALK there for pedestrians and the signs in the grass are not illegal! Someone from Code Enforcement should respond to this person directly if possible.
