Description

Can't turn left off Grand on to Pleasant because plows haven't cleared. This means having to go against traffic. Very dangerous. Also sensors not working a base of Ramsey Hill so must chance it and go through red light. Very dangerous. Plowing done haphazardly. Must be cleared before pile ups happen. ASAP.
