There are no kids playing in the road, smart alec. Occasionally kids on bikes (or adults on bikes) cross S. Whiteville when they are riding on E. Millbrook (a dirt road). There's no way I'd allow kids to ride on Whiteville. There aren't even two full lanes, let alone any shoulders on the road to ride on!
