Description

The intersection of South 4th Ave. and Packard is now very dangerous because BOTH nearby lights are out: one at the northwest corner of the intersection, on Packard; and the other on the east side of 4th, just south of the intersection. This has been a problem for months now, and I have raised before. These lights should be a higher priority: the area is very dark at night. I fear a pedestrian will soon be hurt or killed at this intersection.
