Usually this route is plowed within 12 hrs and we think they do a great job. This was a whopper of a storm and once notified using this system , St. Paul responded in a reasonable time, considering the elements an available resources. We called PW and as well but I think this approach worked better and kept from tying up phones where others may need them. We did call back to thank them once plowing was accomplished.
