Now, It's back in the Offstreet Parking Lot since: 09-26-2019 thru the date of this comment Thurs.10-24-2019.
Also, praying for me has nothing to do with my concerns regarding your complete disregard for DOING BUSINESS OUTSIDE the ILW structure. Which is PROHIBITED and you've previously been issued a Notice Of Violation for this. Now have a look your company photo proof of OUTSIDE the ILW structure still occurring.

Did you purchase the house across the street from these legal businesses 2015 after you were kicked out just so you could obsess about it? Regardless, for the good of everyone involved you should really consider seeking the help of a mental health professional. Seeing as how you never complain about the properties north of this one, your obsession is obvious and clearly personal.
And by the way, as you have been told multiple times over the years by CE and Zoning, the codes you keep citing do not pertain to this property.

Get your facts straight, pay attention to the very codes presented by the Sarasota County Zoning Administrator that do govern the : 757 Gantt Avenue the FIRST(ILW) industrial Light Warehouse abutting Residential Properties, read the attached code.
As for the other ILW property to the north of 757 Gantt Avenue you mentioned, this code does not apply.

That's what Cnty. Code.officer, Dan Smith told you.I suggest you have Dan provide you the code docum. language indicating your allowed to conduct auto repairs or services outside the ILW structure.
Conducting business outside the structure is illegal. What is allowable is your able to park in frt. of the ILW structure while loading and or unloading, is what he (Dan) expressed to me.
I also requested this info to be confirmed with Sara. Cnty.(861-5000) on Sept. 16 2014 and the permit docum. # is: 14 150739 0011. Have him (Dan) provide you and all others occupying the ILW property this document info.
Terry, At this point. My intentions are to use this site to inform/communicate with Sara. Cnty. Gov.. regarding the full enforcement of the 757 Gantt ave. governing ILW codes.

If it means anything . Until I received and read the governing ILW Zoning Regul., I only then realized the large list of mandatory ILW codes were being violated.
As far as my trailers you mentioned. I only brought them to the prop. after you overwhelmed the very small ILW property, attempting to keep some parking available. Otherwise/previous to your occupancy. My trailers were parked at my residence.

To the general public, Cnty. Gov. & T.t registered user,
It's not about retaliation as T.t. expresses. It was and still is the overwhelming doing automotive services outside the ILW structure band completely disregarding the mandatory (75-38) Sarasota Cnty. Zoning Regulations. Especially where an ILW lot abuts residential properties.
That yourself & the other tenants are completely disregarding AND according to the reported ILW codes mandatory language, you're violating them.
These/all zoning regulations intentions are to keep harmony both inside and also outside the ILW property. I've "only" been requesting for yours and all others including myself, for our enforceable Cnty. codes to be enforced as written.
To set the public straight on facts: You call it kickin me out of the ILW. Ok, I get it. But truly, it was done legally with the property lease non-renewal section.
The 2nd day after my lease expired, Who became the tenant of the unit I occupied for (11+) years ? non other than T.t. .
Now, explain to all, why I was kicked-out as you call it. Or would you rather I post some more of your beginning days at the ILW ?

12 of 20 vehicle car stops have been removed by tenants at this (ILW) property and as you see in the photos. Constant illegal parking and storage on/in the MINIMUM YARD REQUIRED (25') code required setback that prohibits any Parking, Storage and Loading along the entire (ILW) South boundary.
Z. Admin., The new residential development immediately to the East of the 757 Gantt ave. (ILW) property.The Cnty. has required the new homes residential developer to create a screened buffer/gap between the (ILW) and the new residential community.

PS. i see you did'nt call the sherrifs dept. today when all the trucks and trailers and equipment were parked on gantt ave in front of this ILW property. like you do when some of our customers do , so we can repair there trucks.
