Description

N Crazycroft and River near Basis North School around 7:45AM. They are having heavy congestion in the morning. The timing of the light may be taking too long and at that time there are parents dropping off and picking up kids on River. The issue was on the turn signal coming south from Craycroft going North and making that left turn to go west on River Rd.
