Comments and questions from constituent:
1.) A Semi truck is parking for days and then leaving trash and car parts behind.
Is parking there legal?
2.) Trash is being dumped along with furniture and abandoned grocery carts with trash in them.
Constituent said they complained twice but it's still there.
3.) "Transients are parking their broken down trailers (RVs) and leaving trash behind after PCSO makes them leave."
They park for days and weeks at a time, is this legal?
4.) Is it possible to have NO DUMPING signs installed and possibly no parking or no long-stay parking?
