This is Tims Barber Shop. It looks like the circus came to town with all the signs on the windows- likely over code limits. But the real disgusting thing is the awning with red white and blue stripes stolen from the circus that is rotting. There are 4 giant holes in the canvas and its is not only unsightly but is impacting the real estate values for this section of MLK.
