Wondering if county has reviewed this. If this street had been paved properly a few years back, it would not be so bad today.

It is getting much much worse. We need to be on the paving list. Patching is not going to work.

The road is a MESS and crumbling faster and faster. They came and threw down a few patches of hot asphalt and ran it over with a truck tire. Pitiful. Why are other subdivisions being resurfaced but not this one. Please inspect Deer Run especially down the hill toward the bend. It is really bad.

Roadway continues to disintegrate even though light patching has been attempted in a few spots. This is very dangerous to bikers with all the lose gravel and holes in the roadway.

the roads within Coachman's Trail remain crumbling, degrading rapidly with rain and are very dangerous to the children who bike. Part of the problem is how poorly they were resurfaced around 10 years ago.

It is still a mess! Hoping to get on the repair list soon. Deer run is the worst, but the entire Coachman's Trail neighborhood is horrific.
