This accident happened last night at 10pm. Two other cars were totaled blocking the street. Neighbors worked together to clear as much as possible and to manage traffic. Numerous calls to the police by many concerned people, without response. Police say they are too busy and have no idea when they will clear the hazard.

That sound like a completely unacceptable response then again this how are reactive elected officials and city leader have decided run Oakland.
