My vehicle was illegally ticketed, "METER EXPIRED/NOT PAID BY PHONE", even though the online parking app showed more than 20 minutes of additional time. I tried disputing the ticket but the website refused (I guess I have to wait a week and hope to remember to dispute it?), so posting this here as a warning to others.
Please educate your ticket agents to actually, you know, not illegally ticket. Also update your dispute system to be more realtime, there's no reason it should take more than a couple of minutes to be updated with the latest information.

Could you tell us what time, day, and location it was.
One agent gave me a parking ticket despite my parking sticker...and then entered the wrong license place number. Yes, ask your agents to check twice.

Our Parking Enforcement Officers are trained to enter vehicle license plates as displayed. This includes any special characters such as Veteran (VT), Red Sox (RS) or Celtics (CS).
