Glad they're taking advantage of WH educational system

Thomas street still has the vermont car, then a new york for a time parked out there, replaced by a virgina, etc... The other day I was driving down Cambell and saw a TN plate..

People in WH are taking advantage of the system, if you don't have a CT plate, they don't pay CT, and more specifically WH car taxes.

Is there a possibility these cars belong to students at UNH? Connecticut doesn't require students from other states to register their vehicles here.

There is one on the lower end of Campbell Ave very loud black mustang registered in Maine claims he will never pay taxes in West Haven he is a lifelong resident and claims to have connections inside the whole neighborhood is just baffled at how he gets away with it apparently some have reported it
