This reported issue is for our IT Department. I chose "Public Space, Streets and Drains" as the category because there is no category for IT issues on SeeClickFix.
On the following webpage for our IT Department, the director's name, phone number, email link and photo are not included with the contact information. This is the only department in our city that doesn't include any contact information on their webpage for their director who is Chet Sawicki at CSawicki@newhavenct.gov and 203-946-5789.

Is it supposed to be this way? I imagine Chet must be very proud to be the director of our IT Department. I can't understand why his profile would be kept concealed.

I believe you might be misunderstanding my reported issues. If you look at each issue I've reported today, you will see they are 5 separate issues. None of them are duplicates. I hope this information helps. If you are unable to understand this explanation, please let me know and I'll try to explain it again using different words.

You have very good points; however, I've worked with various ticketing platforms in the past and I'm very familiar with what happens when multiple issues are reported in a single report. They don't get resolved. That's why we don't report multiple potholes in one report. If we do, not all of the potholes will be repaired. It's the same with IT issues. I watched it happen so many times.
If however, you're employed with our city and you'd like to give me some reassurance everything will be resolved, please let me know and I'll be sure to put all of the other issues with our website in one reported issue. Otherwise, it will be one issue per report.
