I simply want a response to my appeal for Tier 4 stormwater rate now assessed at my property. It has been over 30 days - multiple phone calls, emails, 2 appeals and all I hear is crickets. Please respond! Your infrared shows 3/4 of my property as impervious which is incorrect. Only the house itself and driveway are solid surface. Surrounding areas are mulched & landscaped.
