Description
Curb erosion caused by city drainage system water surcharge outflows. If the curbing is not available now, back filling with top soil and seeding should correct this issue pending any further water surcharge outflows. This should be an inexpensive fix vs. the curbing.

The 1st photo attached today shows the installation(summer 2019) of the new drainage structure in the Stanley Park at the corner of Stanley St. and Roxbury Rd. This new structure seems to have relieved some of the city drainage system water surcharge outflows. Over the years(It took 40+ years to discover this malfunction in the city drainage system in the Stanley Park) these outflows caused the flooding which contributed to the erosion along the west side of Newbury adjacent to 24 Roxbury Rd.
The other photos attached today clearly shows the flooding and the intensity of the water flow which washed away the earth along the west side of Newbury. Once again, to date, it seems the new drainage system in the park may have relieved some of the city drainage system water surcharge outflows. Now we must back fill and seed the area along the west side of Newbury correcting the erosion caused by the rushing water.
The parking issues that were noted are a contributing factor. We have been told by Moriarty that the NBPD were notified previous to the ClickFix System. No action from the NBPD to date.
Please update me with your intentions now that you have all of the facts.
Thank you.
