This House Has Been Vacant over a Month I am called several time as has other neighbors this House has been a Problem since I moved in there has Been Domestic violence drugs , cars in and out of drive way trash ,oil spills chemicals leaking to my yard all there trash and dubris, I am tired and feel unsafe I have reached out to the city as well as Mr Joe Ortiz the owner of the home and he refers me to property manger Debbie Roberts and for the past months and nothing has been done , this property is a nuisance to this neigborhood for months , It very unsafe and And a huge fire hazard in and around my home there is Hazardous materials , I am going to call every day all day until this is Cleaned , Up City Of ALB Shame one you,,,
