Descripción
The traffic lights at 22nd and Chestnut Street were adjusted 2 years ago to alleviate traffic entering Center City due to the closure of the South Street Bridge. The timing of the green light on Chestnut Street was "doubled" to allow for the increased traffic into Center City from University City.
Now that the South Street Bridge has re-opened, the timing of the light sequence should be revisited.
